Delivery & Pickup is a onetime fee

We have a $120 Minimum with all orders. -
(20% downpayment is required to secure rentals, unless its a last minute order)

We Only offer delivery and don't offer an in store pick up option.

Free day before deliveries are not a guarantee,

they are a courtesy, unless you pay for the service.

Anything we have to transport the first 100 feet is FREE as long its on flat land and NOT through homes, stairs or steps as we use dollies.

Any orders that we have to transport through stairs, elevator, 4+ steps, or hills will be charged an additional fee $2 a step with items less then 50lb (depends on the quantity of items and trips up and down the stairs)

Dirty or wet equipment will be charge a cleaning fee.

Any orders for parks & venues will be asked for a deposit.

Valid CA local ID/DL is require on delivery.

Items are used rental equipment and show signs of wear.
